MomentFrame is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your photos, edits, and captions stay on your device.

1) Data We Collect

None. MomentFrame does not collect analytics, does not create accounts, and does not send any data to our servers or third parties.

2) How the App Works

Photos: The app needs access to your photo library to let you select images and save framed results. Processing happens on your device.
Date & Place Captions: MomentFrame automatically fills the date and location into captions when available. This information is generated and used on-device.

3) Permissions

Photo Library (Required): Needed to browse and export your framed photos. Works with Limited Access on iOS.
Location (Optional): If allowed, the app can include the place in your caption. Denying permission simply shows a generic caption (e.g., "Unknown Location").

4) Third-Party Services

MomentFrame uses Apple system frameworks (e.g., Photos, MapKit/CLGeocoder) on your device. We do not use external analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs.

5) Data Retention

We do not retain personal data. Your framed images are saved to locations you choose (e.g., Photos, Files) and remain under your control.

6) Children's Privacy

MomentFrame does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.

7) Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, rights requests under GDPR/CCPA (access, deletion, etc.) generally do not apply. If you have any questions, contact us below.

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and publish updates at this URL.
