MomentFrame is a one-time purchase app. No subscriptions, no accounts, no ads. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and FutureLabs.io SRL ("we", "us"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use MomentFrame.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MomentFrame on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
3) Purchases
MomentFrame is sold through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4) Your Content
Your photos remain yours. MomentFrame processes them on your device to create framed images and claims no ownership of, or rights over, your photos, captions, or exported images. We never receive them (see the Privacy Policy).
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and to use it only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the content of the photos you edit and share.
6) No Warranty
MomentFrame is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureLabs.io SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
8) Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and publish updates at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
